سياسات السجلات وقواعد المنازعات حسب الامتداد

لكل سجل قواعده الخاصة

يدير كل امتداد سجلٌّ يضع سياسة التسجيل والشروط الخاصة به. وتنطبق على الامتدادات العامة أيضًا سياسات ICANN، ومنها الإجراء الموحد لتسوية المنازعات. أما في امتدادات رموز الدول، فتخضع المنازعات لإجراء السجل أو لإجراء مركز التحكيم الذي عيّنه، وبعضها ليس لديه أي إجراء. ويخضع التسجيل عبر Domgate لأحكام اتفاقية التسجيل الخاصة بنا، ويجب أن يستوفي كل تسجيل أيضًا قواعد امتداده. في كل بطاقة، تُفتح الروابط إلى موقع السجل وقواعده وقيده لدى IANA في علامة تبويب جديدة.

تتبع امتدادات رموز الدول (ccTLD) قواعد سجلها الخاص: سياسة التسجيل وإجراء تسوية المنازعات وإجراء النقل لديه. أما سياسات ICANN، مثل السياسة الموحدة لتسوية منازعات أسماء النطاقات (UDRP) وسياسة النقل (Transfer Policy)، فتنطبق على الامتدادات العامة؛ ولا يطبّقها سجل امتداد رمز الدولة إلا إذا نصّت سياسته على ذلك.

مثال: Afnic

تنشر Afnic، وهي سجل ‎.fr و‎.re و‎.pm و‎.tf و‎.wf و‎.yt، سياسة التسمية (Naming Policy) على موقعها. ويُعدّ كل من يطلب اسم نطاق ضمن هذه الامتدادات قد اطّلع عليها. والنسخة المطبّقة هي النسخة السارية في تاريخ تسلّم Afnic للطلب، والسياسة محرّرة بالفرنسية والإنجليزية، وإذا اختلف معناهما تسود النسخة الفرنسية.

الامتدادات العامة (ICANN)

تخضع الامتدادات العامة، مثل ‎.com، لهيئة ICANN، أي هيئة الإنترنت للأسماء والأرقام المخصصة (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). وليست Domgate معتمدة لدى ICANN: إذ تُسجَّل الامتدادات العامة عبر مسجِّل اعتمدته ICANN، ويكون هو المسجِّل الراعي للتسجيل.

يظهر المسجِّل الراعي لاسم النطاق في سجل التسجيل العام الخاص به (RDAP)، الذي تعرضه أداة whois لدينا.
