Changing the holder

The transfer of a DOMAIN NAME from one REGISTRANT to another shall take place after concluding a contract between the parties. The contract shall be certified by a Notary Public and sent to the REGISTRY, or signed with the digital signatures of both REGISTRANTS representatives, and then sent to the REGISTRY.
